Just when I started getting myself caught up on modeling, my computer decided it was going to take itself out of commission. That being said, I no longer have a personal computer at home and I'm in a real bind because I wanted to build my next computer after graduating, but if I need one ASAP, that's not going to happen. There's still a sliver of hope that I might be able to revive it, but it's not looking too promising. Regardless, I'm staying positive and pushing through it despite a ruined weekend struck by such a tragedy. This just means more time in the labs and who doesn't love a two monitor set-up?
This week, I have been working on the model of Lynn's father, the trees, and still making touch-ups on the truck that never seems to be perfect every time I open it. Next week I plan to UV what I have, begin texturing, and start setting up the environment with the snowy ground, trees, and the road to prepare for the rendered shot.
