Mission: Rough Screenings Is a Go

I'm pretty proud of where my film is right now being that I keep remembering that I challenged myself with animating two people and a quadruped in my film - not to mention the quadruped only uses 3 legs with a limp (thank you past me for thinking that was a good idea).

As for sound, I'm really happy with how far it has come even since the last pass. However, I do still feel it is a little empty in places toward the beginning and I'm not sure if I should fill it with music or diegetic sound. We are going to try filling it with music on the next pass to see if that works. On an unfortunate note with sound, we've had some technical difficulties with Lynn's voice recordings and will have the final recordings a day or two after rough screenings (boo, I know).

With the schedule I originally set up for myself, I should have been done with rough animation of all shots by rough screenings, but with rough screenings shifted into the middle of the week instead of the weekend, I will be a couple of shots shy when presenting. As for the next steps in my film, I'll be taking a break from my run of animation having animated almost a shot per day since the semester started. I will be finishing up textures that I never got around to doing of the truck, the stop sign, and the dog. After texturing for a week or so, I will be refining animation and doing lip sync. As I finish shots, I will be lighting them and then sending them off to the render farm, while I continue work on other shots.
