I've been eager to start this because it means animation is close!!
(I haven't been able to start it because I was changing camera angles and really finalizing my animatic based on critique.)
Like I have done in the past, I like to use my shotlist also as a log of progress (see red on the right of image). For each shot, I will add if I have assembled, blocked, splined, rendered, and/or composited it in order to keep myself on track. Additionally, I have also included the difficulty of each shot to help me split up my time accordingly when it comes to animating, as well as any sounds or effects I will add in After Effects.
